Moreover, tyrosinase is responsible for the production of a pigment called melanin. Melanin is responsible for skin pigmentation and melasma. Tretinoin 0.025% Tretinoin is a metabolite of Vitamin A and is keratolytic. It is responsible for the elimination of melanin. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Not these alone, but also, it helps peel dead skin cells allowing the new cells underneath to surface. This means, more glowing healthier and brighter appearance. Mometasone 0.1% It is a corticosteroid. It works by blocking the production of inflammatory chemicals like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Furthermore, Mometasone narrows and constricts blood vessels. Hence, it helps soothe skin. HOW TO USE : Firstly, apply Skinlite Cream gently and thinly. Then, rub or massage it thoroughly after applying until the cream absorbs into the skin. Moreover, exposure to the sun should be avoided. In addition, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen to prevent the sun’s radiation from reaching your skin.
